I know I forgot some stuff, so if you see anything that needs addressed, let me know.

General

1. Teams must have eight players present at the start of the game. Rosters can consist of a maximum of 10 fielders and up to two optional extra hitters (EH).

2. Courtesy Runners will be allowed. The batter who made the last out can run.

3. Use of profane language, losing a temper or disruption of any kind can result in ejection

4. Players should be at least 13 years of age to play.

5. All games start at 6:30PM. Each team should try to be there around 6PM for warmups. The home team has the field from 6 to 6:15 for warmups, and the away team has it from 6:15-6:30.

6. It is up to the home team to cancel the game.

7. After the game, the home team must get ahold of me, and tell me what the result was.

8. All runners heading for home plate should try to avoid contact at all costs.

9. The home team will say a prayer before the game begins. The away team will say it after the game.

10. All games will be seven innings. In case of darkness or if it starts pouring, it will be considered an official game if four innings have been played, or if 3.5 innings have been played if the home team is winning.

11. The home team will provide the game ball. Any ball that is an official slow pitch softball will do.

12. The runner on base will not be permitted to leave the base until the batter has made contact with the ball. If the runner does leave early, a warning will be issued. If it happens again, the runner will be called out.

13. Two bases on an overthrow from the outfielder and one from an infielder. This does not include the base the runner is heading towards.

14. This is a coed league. There must be a girl playing for your team on the field at all times.

Makeup Games

1. The home team is responsible for letting me know that the game was not played.

2. Double-headers, either two five inning games, or one five inning and one seven inning game (as per team agreement), are very useful for making up games. So, if the first game you play against a team is a rainout, feel free to schedule a double for the next time you play them.

3. The field at North Apollo does not have to be used for makeup games. As long as both teams agree to it, I don't care where you play. There are nice fields in nearby Northmoreland Park, for instance.
